Spoiled nerves, damaged passport, money is not returned
Four of us were supposed to go on a trip on 12/18/2015 on the tour "Once in Prague" (one day in Prague and one day in Vienna), meeting in Lviv at 14.30. On November 26, 2015, we signed the contract, paid the money, collected the papers, and on December 1, 2015, signed the application sheet and everything was ready to transfer the papers to the visa center.
