In principle, we had no complaints about the agency, everything was up to the mark. They helped with everything, advised on all issues. But the flights were all sad. They rescheduled the flight, firstly, in the direction when they flew from Zhulyan for 2 hours, and generally lost almost half a day of rest back. Departure was supposed to be at 17:00, but moved to earlier at half 2 am.
