Victoria, who accompanied our family with her support from 4 am and all day, took all possible and impossible measures: read the law, called the border service, the leadership in Kyiv and Turkey, saved a tour for us, ordered new tickets and transfer and not left us to resolve the issue, although it was not part of the responsibilities of the Travel Agency, we are infinitely grateful to her for her moral and organizational support !!!
