I am a tourism manager at Tartus Tour, Odessa. Booked a package tour to Croatia in August. Two days before departure, Ekaterina Krukova, the director, said that they could not supply visas to tourists. They promised a full refund. In order to maintain my professional reputation, I gave the tourists my personal money, on the word of Transtour. Still no money.

director Ekaterina Krukova and her husband Viktor Lazutkin are swindlers and thieves. They do NOT pay for hotels, do not open visas, steal money from tourists and agents. This company cannot be contacted. The company is actually bankrupt, survives on stolen money
