Rudeness and disregard
On March 30, 2012, I transferred funds to pay for the booking of the tour "Austria-Switzerland-Bavaria railway" for 11.06. There was a cancellation of the tour, which I was informed on 04/18/2012 (Kuzko Alla, DSBW Manager). It was also said that the money would be returned to a bank card. From a phone call to the manager on 25.04, I learned that the transfer on 23.
