Impressions only negative! Accompanied elderly parents on trips. I have been to Spain several times for work since the 1990s. Tourists who were there for the first time and relied on "novovir" in their journey were very, very sorry. The attitude of the guides and the organization of the tour just frightened them. The meeting bus was late from the plane for 2 hours - and no explanation.
