On October 1, 2017, my wife and I bought a tour to the Villa Romana hotel from the tour operator JoinUp (Kyiv) for the period October 14-21. Upon arrival in Spain (because of the Yanair airline, we lost half a day), at 3 am we were brought to another hotel in La Pineda without any explanation - i.e. in a completely different city! To our claims that La Pineda did not suit us, the guide could not tell (?) what the problem was, and the travel agent in Kyiv the next day could not explain the reasons for the changes either.
