We contacted a private travel agency, here the girl is engaged in tours and we talked with her. She already picked the date of departure for us, processed the documents. It’s as if she is not in the Join Up agency itself, but acts as a private trader. She herself went to Kyiv, picked up interesting options for us, everything was fine.
