Clause 2 and clause 11 were missing in the insurance policy
The second point of insurance indicated: the insured persons are ,,,,,,,, , I never found out if I was insured for the duration of the trip, because I am not a resident of UKRAINE!!!

I read the reviews and I'm perplexed, as if we lived in different hotels. Or maybe it was necessary to somehow kindly ask and not spoil the rest with minor misunderstandings ?
