The room stock is tired, but the room suited us: spacious, like the bathroom ...Everything worked: hair dryer, sockets, plumbing, air conditioning, mini-fridge, hot water available ...(! ) They didn’t give soap, shampoo and gel only upon check-in, then they didn't report... until we left $1 to the cleaner... then they reappeared, plus a hair conditioner.
Towels are not new but white and clean.
We left at 7.00 and came to the room at 17.30 ...did not meet with the cleaners ...
Cleaning was daily: they made the bed, changed towels, the floor was clean, there was no dust, 2.0, 5 liter bottles of water were reported daily ...but you can also ask for water at the bar near the reception.

And for reef lovers, a hint: take a mask-fins and walk along the coastline to the left of the Tia hotel beach, past the Xanadu hotel, then past the Sunrise, and stop on the beach of the third Fort Arabesque hotel - and voila: a long beach with 3 stops in the sea (they are framed by a cable) - people go along the sand into the sea and swim to the reef, which is right there on the spot, 30 meters from the shore. The hotel has a large water park. Many different slides, no queues, ride at least every day. Excellent and children's water park. Well, a special plus of the hotel, of course, is the beach! A smooth entry, nearby, near the pier, a coral reef, moreover, you don’t even need to swim there, you can walk, the water is up to your shoulders. The reef is alive, there are a lot of colorful fish, and you don’t have to go somewhere for snorkeling, because if you swim a little further, you will see another reef, where there are also a lot of fish. There are a lot of sunbeds, but the earlier you come, the closer to the sea you will take a place, as there are a lot of people resting in the hotel.
Well, in fairness, from the minuses - the rooms, and the whole hotel are tired, cleanliness is lame. Drinks and alcohol are incomprehensible, although the beer is poured from bottles, it is quite normal. But, if you do not pay attention to these shortcomings, you can have a great rest and have a good time, which we did and were very pleased with our vacation!

* CHECK-IN - were at the hotel at 7 am, settled closer to 14. Nothing was paid extra to anyone, since the room (CASKATA AQUAPARK) was clean and everything worked properly.
* ROOM - during the stay, nothing broke, except for the magnetic card to the room, which failed 1 time, but when contacting the reception, it was instantly replaced. Yes, it’s probably more fun to live in the main building, since everything is nearby, but it didn’t bother us to walk for 5 minutes.
* FOOD - monotonous, but tasty and plentiful. Couldn't get hungry. We went to 3 ALIA CART restaurants, most of all we liked the fish one.
* ANIMATION - on top. I especially liked going to yoga, exercises, aqua aerobics, which were conducted by Felix and Astro - thank you very much for the positive! In the evening there is also a good program, the child did not get bored either, and happily took part in all activities.
* SEA and BEACH - beyond praise. Old sunbeds, often broken - yes. But overall a 5.
* BIRTHDAYS - during my stay, my son and I had a birthday - they congratulated me both times with cakes, it was very nice.
In general, the impressions of the rest were the best. Since the ratio "price-quality" on top. No need to wait for lobsters and super service from a budget hotel at a minimal price.

I do not recommend offering the hotel to operators and tour agents. As the hotel does not meet the criteria, the staff is terrible, on arrival you are shown the worst hotel rooms in order to motivate you and offer you the best room for an extra charge. This is their earning scheme, the food is not tasty or fresh! The rooms are great and after cleaning the opinion does not change as they are almost not cleaned! I recommend the tour operator TUI to release the local guide TOBA as he is purely interested in kickbacks, which he offers you on sightseeing tours and pretends to be a wolf in sheep's clothing, which will help you, in fact, when problems arise, he does not help you.
