Lovely vacation
Everything was wonderful. Everything is on time, promptly, with detailed instructions. And Transaero did not let us down (the choice of an air carrier depends on the travel agency, and this is important).

Okay, but with reservations
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, even with a separate bathroom (however, I had to "talk" at the reception for a higher floor and a better view). Cleaned every day, very clean.

For family holidays!!!
Excellent hotel for family holidays. Comfortable rooms with electric stove and sink for washing dishes. Playgrounds, many pools, a water park with slides, a good beach with a sandy bottom and a gentle entrance.

be simpler
Everything is not bad, but the constant problems in the restaurant are the eternal shortage of forks, knives, glasses. I did not see spoons or forks for dessert at all. They don't clean up and set the tables.
