First of all, I will say that I will be as objective as possible, since my review is based on my own impressions and on the reviews of many people who were vacationing at the same time with me in this hotel. The first impression is quite pleasant, since a lot of money has been invested in the hotel: everything in the lobby is made of white marble, equipped with beautiful patterns on wood, and in general, in principle, everything is conducive to staying at this hotel. The man at the reception called us to see the room, which turned out to be very good (after we realized that it was a suite). We had to pay him personally $20 for this room, which we did because we liked the room. It is located in the left wing of the hotel, where mostly Germans, French, Dutch and so on settle. Russians, Chinese, and those who refused to give a bribe are sent to the right wing. And there the rooms, according to other vacationers, are terrible. The windows overlook the construction site, the roosters have been singing since three in the morning, the carpet is dirty, the air conditioner does not work, and so on. So we got lucky with the number. The hotel has an indoor pool, which is closed for the summer, so I can’t write about it in a review. There is also an outdoor pool with different levels of depth, quite warm and pleasant water, around the pool there are umbrellas and sun loungers, which are sorely lacking, which all the workers do not care about. The same situation on the beach. There are few umbrellas, sun loungers too. They are occupied at 6 am by vacationers. Some guests, coming to the beach at 9-10 in the morning, gave a couple of dinars to the beach workers, who, in turn, threw other people's towels off the sun loungers and gave them away for a bribe. Where then to look for your towel, for which you left a deposit of 15 dinars, is not clear. Fortunately, we did not get into such a situation. A huge minus is the purity of the water near the shore. In order to swim in the sea, you need to go through a bunch of plastic bags, packages, algae and other nasty things that have never been removed from the water during our entire stay. Yes, again, one of the minuses: the beach and the pool are closed at 6 pm, so those who like to swim not under the scorching sun may not come here. The food in the dining room is very varied. . Here everyone will find a good option for themselves, whether it be vegetable salads, fruits, sweets, meat dishes, seafood and much more. Special thanks to the chefs for this. For vacationers who come for a week or more, there is the opportunity to get twice free of charge in the "a la carte" restaurants of Lebanese, Italian cuisine or BBQ. I don’t recommend Lebanese cuisine, they work very slowly, you have to wait more than an hour for food ordered in advance, and then it will surprise you with a completely disgusting taste and the absence of any spices. BBQ pleased more, ordered fish and chicken. The chicken, although slightly underexposed on the fire, is basically edible. Dorado fish was cleaned poorly, which is why the taste was bitter. And even such nuances did not upset us after the Lebanese cuisine. The waiters in this restaurant did their job perfectly, everything was done in the best possible way and quickly. I want to pay special attention to drinks and alcohol. When you go all inclusive, you expect that you will not have problems with drinks, you will not have to run twenty times to get one cup of 160 ml in your hands. And this is exactly the situation here. For two days I was so tired of going back and forth to the bar for tonic, beer or lemonade that I contacted the reception and the public relations department in order to resolve this issue. The answer was original. It turns out that they believe that for 850 vacationers (at that time there were so many people in the hotel) 60 liters of drinks are enough for a day. And they don’t take more, because the manager scolds them for this, which is why they have to give only one drink per hand. It was not possible to achieve any solution to the issue. In the bar, which is open from 12 noon to 11 pm, the situation is similar. The beer is diluted, the cocktails are made from some kind of bourda. What the bartender personally stirs for you is generally impossible to drink. This is some kind of terrible moonshine along with bacardi, sivuha instead of rum or gin. After trying it twice, I decided not to risk it again. My wife and I drank mainly tonic (Schweppes poured from a bottle) with ice and lemon. Most of the staff are quite normal, but there are those who will primarily serve the Germans, French, Dutch. Chekhov, Russians, Ukrainians, etc. here try not to notice when they wave to the waiters. . . One guy, whose name he decided to write down for himself, so as not to forget, left a generally chic impression. His name is Samer Rbiai. Nervous, rude, tactless and slow. It will not be difficult for him to answer you in a boorish way to an absolutely calm request to bring wine, as it was with us and several other vacationers. I can’t say anything about the reliability of safes and the absence of theft, since I carried all the money with me absolutely all the time. Entertainment in the evenings is enough only for children, adults will be bored here. As a result, I would like to say that if you are not worried about the purity of the water near the coast, the quality of local alcohol and the abundance of drinks in the bar, then you might even like it here. Thank you all for your attention.

We rested from September 09 to 19, the Transaero flight, as they say, the airline is the face of the country, so apparently our country has a terrible face, an old Boeing with a tired crew and disgusting food on board / there is something to compare /. flew 4 hours, it seemed that all 10. The tour operator Coral Trevel was promptly met at the airport, the hotel was settled quickly, the room was excellent with a sea view Junior Suite. Two-room very large one bathroom, one shower, and a bath with hydromassage. Huge balcony with two sunbeds. The beach is good, a lot of sun loungers, well, as always, for some reason they are occupied early. The beach was cleaned every day, camels and horses were not seen. The food is not very tasty, although there are a lot of things, all the dishes are not salty. The hotel is dominated by 80% of pensioners, 10% of Poles with children, and 10% of our compatriots from all the republics of the former USSR. Cleaning in intentions is normal, but only 1-2 dinars do not solve anything, 10 dinars personally helped the maid in her hands, then the towels are brought on time, and the room is cleaned until 11 days, and the soapy-ryl ones are replenished constantly. They even provided a bottle of water every day. Tellasotherapy in this hotel is not very high quality, then they don’t have time, then they do it in such a way that they get rid of it, and this is for money, they don’t want anything for free.

Traveled with friends in June 2012. For the first time in Tunisia, but I have been abroad many times, so there is something to compare with. The hotel is great!! ! Service at a high level, excellent cuisine, a lot of entertainment and places to relax!! ! Now in more detail. . .
First, we were put in a room on the first floor, asked to change - the next day we moved to an excellent room on the 5th floor with a view of the neighboring hotel and even a little bit of the sea. The room itself is very comfortable! Upon arrival, there was a set of hygiene items, which were updated at the first request! Cleaned, changed towels every day, the dinar was not always left, but this does not affect the quality of cleaning.
There is a problem with sunbeds - you have to wake up early and take a place on the beach or by the pool, almost everyone does it there!! ! The hotel is large, there are many vacationers, and the number of sunbeds is not calculated. But it didn’t bother us - just before breakfast they threw a towel on a sunbed near the pool (it’s more interesting there - there are a lot of all kinds of entertainment, cool music plays), and we went to swim in the sea (very close and convenient)!
The sea is good! Warm, pleasant, there were algae, but it did not interfere. The beach is very beautiful - soft white sand - I liked it very much. Also on the beach are beautiful wicker straw umbrellas. Very interesting design of the pool - it's good to sunbathe on the steps!
The food in the main restaurant was amazing! The choice is huge, for every taste. There is a separate table with Tunisian cuisine, show-cooking, they made pasta, pizza and much, much more. We ate seafood, insanely delicious fruit pies, ice cream, fruits.
We went once for dinner to a restaurant "a la carte" for Italian cuisine - we liked the atmosphere, although the order was carried for a very long time, but it's worth a try.
Animation is fun, entertained every evening on the terrace. There is a good disco at the hotel, which worked until 2 am, drinks are included.
I really liked to sit on the terrace at the entrance to the hotel in the evening - beautiful wicker chairs, hookah.
Tourists 80% Europeans. I spoke English with the staff, I was very pleased with the conversational practice : ) Vacationers in the hotel are mostly pensioners and families with children, the hotel for young people is boring.
In general, all the qualities are at a high level and the hotel deserves a high rating!! ! Have a nice holiday : )

The country.....Yes! I always thought that the Arabs are industrious, no, SLAMPERS and LIERS!! ! The hotel is small, cozy, 1 restaurant, 1 bar on the beach, where you can eat, "sorry, not a restaurant, but a dining room !!! " You won't leave hungry, but you won't see delicious food either. . . We were 7 people, everyone had the same opinion. In the morning, scrambled eggs, and bread and butter (delicious bread) In the A la carte restaurant, dishes from the dining room, cafe-coffee from the machine, sprite, cola, orange.... in general, everything is "good". . . The towel is changed every day, they will pick it up in the morning, you need to find a maid in the evening and everything is OK, you have towels! The rooms are not cleaned, they clean the toilet bowl and the sink with one brush, this is where the cleaning ends. (Neither dollars nor chocolate help. ) Grass is watered during the day, which makes it yellow for them, the pool is cleaned during the day in the presence of vacationers in the pool. Sea. . . yes, it is close to the hotel (50-100 meters) From 10 days -2 days there were no algae, the beach is not cleaned. Horses and camels walk along the shore (photo for memory) defecate right on the beach, so be careful.... Our family personally threw a penny into the sea, but our friends did not! In stores, carefully communicate! We met a couple, they are going to this hotel for the second time, everyone knows them there, they like them. . . but only they from morning to morning on a glass. . . beer, whiskey, etc. Good luck to everyone, maybe someone will be more lucky!! ! Yes, I completely forgot about the guides of Pegasus: the famous Marianne was replaced by an even more trenchant HAMKA-Natasha.....Pegasus, take skill lessons from other tour operators, I personally have not seen such geeks-gadiks.... We spent ten days consulting with other guides.

We did not expect anything fantastic, the experience of traveling is great both in Europe and in the countries of the 3rd world. They spoke French.
Hotel:
Accommodation is purely European 3*. The furniture is quite shabby. Plastic furniture and other fittings should have been replaced a couple of years ago - rusty, cracked, etc. Small ants crawled around the minibar. The furniture is half falling apart. The light bulb in the lamp was not changed for a week (they asked 3 times).
The room also had to be changed.
Linen was changed daily and towels, but there were problems with cleaning. (didn’t wash the plumbing, didn’t vacuum the carpet)
Service: rather irresponsible and lazy. If you don't ask, they won't do it.
Food: Good, but don't expect anything fancy. drinks are a problem. Wine with cocktails is even more or less, and beer, for example, is disgusting (like Zhigulevsky). Juices are only chemical.
Spa:
everything is old, the paint in the hammam is falling off the ceiling. one of the times knocked out traffic jams in the steam room - it was unpleasant. no one noticed anything until we went out, almost breaking our nose in the dark, and they didn’t say that such a problem.
The territory of the hotel and the sea:
Were in the off season, but the beach and the sea seemed very pleasant. clean, fine light sand.
Swimming pool and other in the same shabby condition.
Output!
The hotel is very average, far from 5 *. It is better to go to the neighboring (right behind the fence) RIU hotel, the quality will be much better.
You can say that there will be a paid visit to the bathhouse and hammam, unlike El Mouradi, which we fell for....
BUT, in fact, it will be easier to pay a little for visiting the bathhouse and hammam in RIU and live in comfort.

Cleaned every day, very clean. But there is one oddity: towels are taken from the bathroom in the morning, and clean ones are put in only after dinner. So if you come from the beach and want to rinse before dinner, then. . . The food is good, lots of fruits (pears, melons, grapes, pomegranates, dates, apples). The restaurant service, in my opinion, with troubles. Only the waiters set the tables and serve drinks, and they do not always have time. I suppose they do, but to those who are generous with tips. So if your table is not set, then there is simply nowhere to take knives, forks, glasses yourself (wait until they bring it). Interruptions with cups for coffee and teaspoons. For dinner, tables are reserved personally with special cards. Sometimes there are 2-3 cards per table. You come to have dinner, and the table is occupied by the same booked client. Here you go. In general, unnecessary show-offs to justify 5 * (or a side job system for waiters). And in general, a wonderful rest.

I will write a few words about the time spent at the hotel and impressions. The hotel is quite small, everything is within walking distance. The situation is rather shabby (in the rooms), but it did not bother us. In the room were rare. We lived in room 208, this is the one above the jacuzzi in the indoor pool. (When you leave the room, there are windows, they go exactly there, so you always know how many people are there), not to say that it’s bad, but it’s dark and there was an incomprehensible smell, which I sniffed at the end (only I felt the smell). There is a decent gym, which we did not successfully go to, but we were going to. There is a wonderful barbershop, the master in it is a genius. In half an hour, my husband and I built awesome haircuts and for only 35 dinars.
On our arrival there were a lot of free places both on the beach and by the sea. There were no problems with sunbeds and mattresses. The beach and the sea are just amazing. The sand is white and clean. The entrance to the sea is good, it's good with the kids. I don’t know if algae are manually removed from the water or how? but as it is written in other reviews, I didn’t see them, although as soon as we arrived, there was a small storm and they washed ashore, but the next day they were neither in the water nor on the beach. I also liked the little things such as: there is a shoe rack in front of the beach, if you don’t want to walk in it on the sand. there are rinsing feet from the sand, there is a brush if someone does not want to wet their feet. The tiles by the pool are not slippery, but like small pebbles. The sea and the territory of the hotel are separated by a large mound of sand, planted with trees, which saves people from the wind from the sea, those who sunbathe on the grass or by the pool. There are a lot of facilities for people with disabilities throughout the territory.
Meals: everything is quite tasty and there is a lot of everything, but at the end of our race there were insane queues, and at any time. It was simply unrealistic to get a teaspoon, you had to climb into yogurt (like our miracle in a glass) with a tablespoon, things were much worse with a 3-minute boiled egg... I really liked the table reservation. You always know where you are. (we sat at ours at all meals) although the reservation is valid only for dinner. and for breakfast and lunch, sit wherever you want.
Weather: I concluded for myself that you can rest in Tunisia until 05.10, well, until 07.10, then everything is autumn. The water was invigorating on hot days and no matter how mentally I set myself up that Africa was here, autumn was still felt, let alone days without sun and crazy winds. Then they generally sat on the beach dressed and wrapped in towels, as they say, "We were waiting for the weather by the sea" - there were such a couple of days.
Attractions:
We went to Medina to the market, they spat, well, they are so sticky, worse than in our former Cherkizon. No more foot in there. The trip costs 8-9 dinars one way. Agree on payment before departure. They are all impudent there (everyone wants to earn more).
We went to Port El Kantaoui. The trip costs 3 dinars, but the next time they drove for 4. We rode there on a catamaran (at sea under sail for 1 hour), 40 dinars for four. All the time we were in the port during the day and did not see a singing or dancing fountain, they say it is turned on after 19. And it’s clean and comfortable there, everything is neat.
We went on a tour of "Carthage" - nuuuuu... almost nothing remained of the ruins, in this sense, there is more, better, more interesting in Egypt. The whole story is just words. But in principle, it was necessary to look, for show.
We didn’t go to the Sahara and I don’t think we regret it, those who still got there didn’t have a sparkle in their eyes upon their return.
In general, this was our first, completely "squash" vacation. And we liked it.
Finally, I’ll say: in my personal opinion, they don’t like Russians, they always throw jokes about vodka, although why? it is not clear, it is noticeable both in the city and in the hotel. They love tips very much, with them you are their best friend and almost a brother. Yes, that's all. There will be questions, ask.

That's the only reason I decided to leave my own, so that he could do what he could, but help those who go to Sousse on vacation. We are 30 plus. Traveled with Pegasus. The flight at 18.15 was not delayed. We flew Boeing 777 Transaero. Fed, watered, warmed with a blanket. No complaints at all! We arrived, we were met, we were taken to the hotel, on the bus the Russian-speaking guide from Pegasus told everything briefly, made us laugh, set the mood in the right way. We arrived at the hotel, again, the Russian-speaking Metro-Hotel put on a bracelet with the name of the hotel. And then we began to use the advice of those who left reviews. So, we asked for a room number starting from number 500. We were given 648, this is the last floor. WITHOUT PAYMENT! ! Surcharge is asked for a view of the pool and the sea ($ 20). Suitcases were brought to us, we gave tips. The room is clean, of course, there are some minor flaws: the door is crooked at the bedside table (but we didn’t come to look at it).
We arrived late so we didn't see much of the view. But the roosters were heard. IMMEDIATELY TALK! I, personally, am grateful for the view not on the pool!! ! Again, I am a person with humor and my girlfriend is the same (although in life we are only for comfort). In general, we had a view of the chicken coop and the construction of new hotels (no construction is underway). Since we only went out to smoke on the balcony (we sunbathed on the beach, swam in the sea, went to bed late and fell asleep), the roosters and dogs did not interfere with us. We turned on the air conditioner at night and slept well. PEOPLE! Believe me, if you are mentally ill, then the sound of the sea will disturb you, and the music by the pool, and evening animation), and if you come to have a good time with your soul and body, then everything outside the windows of the room where you only sleep, you it won't matter!! ! The room was cleaned every day, bed linen was changed twice a week, towels were changed every day. Yes, it’s true that towels are taken away, but new ones are brought in not so long after.
Remove one of the towels from the closet if you have already reached the room to take a shower until you bring clean ones. We had ultra all inclusive, respectively, water, cola and sprat in the fridge are free. The in-room safe is also free. The TV showed one Russian channel - FIRST (we had it on channel 24). The food was excellent, there were no complaints (sausage, although tasteless (like our cheap one), but cats love it (there are a lot of them at the hotel, they are all fed, again, livestock raises the mood). Eat cheese with spices, delicious. There is also food for children The waiters are all friendly, they gave a tip - excellent, they didn't give a tip - it doesn't matter, they always smile and come at the first call. In general, all the staff at the hotel are excellent. THANK YOU GUYS!! ! guide at the hotel from Pegasus, she is in the morning from 9 to 11 and in the evening from 18 to 19
). A strange woman, a strange one...Hit by the heat, felt by some kind of internal complexes hunted...
The first day she sang with a nightingale, I even liked her very much, although there was a moment when (on the first day of our stay) tourists came up to her and said (very cultured, almost in a whisper, so as not to compromise) that they did not want to go on excursions from Pegasus, because they took 3 excursions, two of them were a lady guide who did not tell anything, dropped them off and gave them time to just walk. I note that excursions from Pegasus are the most expensive. And the quality of the event, as I have already told you, is not so hot. So, we were on the alert, Tamila mumbled something to them, that, they say, comrades, do not lose heart, the third excursion (the most expensive one - to the Sahara) will succeed. Like, don't give up, go. Oh, here she first showed her incompetence. She did this without a smile, but with the look of a frightened animal. And suddenly, who will hear and then everything, she will not see% of the sold excursions from the new arrival.
Our citizens (a cultured couple of middle-aged people) were very sad, but culture took its toll and they (I won’t say for sure, didn’t listen to the end) most likely they all went to the sands with a guide-lobotryas: (And we, here, missed the excursion with a friend, we thought that we would take from the local "excursion sellers", but it turned out to be only one - Misha-Arab. He walks along the coast and sells only excursions to a pirate boat. Bargain !!! ! Always and everywhere. 20-25 dinars! So, rehearse with relatives to bargain. I don’t know how, so I bought a lot of things (by their standards it’s expensive, by ours (more precisely, by mine) it’s quite affordable. A pirate boat is nothing, but one who I haven’t been anywhere before (not in Egypt, not in Turkey), then take a trip, I’m already comparing, so I find fault. By the way, Misha is a good fellow, an excellent manager, he will sell everything)))
Mikhail the Arab sells only one excursion, but we decided not to take expensive excursions from Tamila, which the lazy lady conducts, we spent time on the beach (in October there is no trouble with sun loungers and mattresses too), swam in the pool and the sea, went in the evenings to the Port, wandered around the shops (they have a lot of rubbish, fakes ...fakes and fakes of famous brands). Koan bags made by them, of course, are crap, unprocessed . . but I bought 2 bags and a belt. I bought it for cheapness))) Shops: shopping center Miami, as well as Hawaii and Ali Baba - this is a world of fake knick-knacks. Supermarket Generali - there alcohol is different at affordable prices. Their alcohol is quite normal (just be careful with whiskey and cola, my body was poisoned). Excellent white and red wines, beer is also normal. Cocktails are ok, but, well, they make ice from tap water, which is not very healthy, so ask not to put ice (in English "NO ICE INTO COCKTAIL"). What else...Ah.
. yes . . Do not change a lot of dollars (euros) for dinars, we took 600 dollars, spent only 200 and then on all sorts of nonsense. At the airport on the way back they exchange dinars again for dollars, but what if there is no time for an exchange! ? So, it's better to change a little bit in the hotel. Changed directly at the reception. And yet, there is a charm: you can call from a payphone in a hotel: 1 dinar - 1 minute of communication (1 dinar = 23 rubles). Comrades, to call in roaming from a mobile with our mobile operators (I have a megaphone), then 1 min - 100 rubles. So call from a hotel payphone. There are no queues to call. PALM: they sell on the beach, everything is fine at the airport, they let you in, they don’t take it away. Remember: when you fly away, you can carry luggage for free - hand-held up to 5 kg, and a suitcase per person - up to 20 kg. If the suitcase is designed for two, then up to 32 kg. Overweight - additional payment of 10 euros per 1 kg. So don't take too much. COMRADES, bargain everywhere. EVERYWHERE!
00t (at 17.30). And the room should be vacated at 12.00 and the suitcases should be placed in the safe at the hotel and walk around the hotel. And those who do not want to walk around the hotel idle can extend the number: 5 dinars per hour per person. Well, we were glad, they say, it’s better to pay extra, as a result, we approach Tamila on the penultimate day with a smile and say, Tamila, and when is it better to pay extra for a room. And then Tamila suffered. On the face of a stupid fright-defense. She even sat sideways to us, clinging to a laptop tablet (apparently she got into contact with social networks). And then this lady gives out, they say, why did you decide that you would be able to pay extra, a new arrival would arrive and what, he should wait for you to check out and that we ourselves would be pleased if we were sitting on suitcases. RAVE! When we arrived, there was no full house in the hotel, she herself told us about this option of additional payment, and when the moment came, she rudely made us fools. In general, Tamila - fuf !!!!
We approached the porter at the reception, he is Tunisian, but he understands everything in Russian, he understood us, we paid extra, he smiled and until 17.00 the room was officially ours! I note that we solved many issues with the hotel staff. THANKS to them!! ! TAXI: ONLY YELLOW! ! to the port pay 4 dinars before 21.00, and 6 dinars after 21.00. To the Generale supermarket - 7 dinars. National drinks: bukha, tibarin, mardan. Be careful! ! Drinks are not inferior to our vodka. TOWELS: for a deposit for 15 dinars they give a plastic card and a check, change the card for a towel (do not forget to present the check, but keep it with you until the end), when you leave, you will be returned 15 dinars (upon presentation of the check and card). Disco: Yes, but mostly Russians dance. Animation is, we especially liked the evening.

And yet, feed the cats, but without fanaticism.
There is a gray tame cat there, her sky is burned, she is the most affectionate and playful, the rest are wild and freaky)))) Have a great holiday everyone!

Everyone who is going there, do not read the negative. The hotel has a lot of German French. against their background, Russian disgusting is not visible. Our people go there to get drunk and muzzle in a salad once all inclusive. Young people are bored there. But my kids went to the disco in Port. It costs somewhere around 4 dinars, on foot for about 30 minutes. You can not give a tip, the service in the restaurant is fast and good, you will not have time to put a plate on an empty table, as they have already brought cutlery and poured wine into a glass. For those who gave them 1 dinar, they put flowers on the table, this is the whole difference between those who give and those who do not. On the first day we left 2 dinars on the table and all the days they licked us and this is for 40 of our rubles. 1 dinar is about 20 rubles. Towels changed every day, beds cleaned and made every day. The food is excellent for lunch and dinner 2-3 types of fish, beef, chicken, partridge and liver. In general, meat dishes are somewhere around 8-9. Yes, the food is a bit bland, but ketchups, sauces and mayonnaises are different, sweet and spicy, because they like very spicy, and all categories rest in the hotel. There are 10 types of cakes, ice cream, fruits - peaches, pears, plums, melon, dates, apples, white rose and red wine, beer by the river, juices. Daily water, cola, sprite and fanta in the room. They didn’t pay anything for the room, shares with a sea view, I didn’t see cockroaches, there were ants, but look around in your apartment and look around the corners of who lives with you. We went on a two-day excursion to the Sahara, amazing, a little tired, but a lot of impressions. In general, do not listen to anyone, feel free to fly to this hotel. If you want to be safe, give 15 dollars per room at the reception when you check in, but I didn’t pay anything
