First of all, I will say that I will be as objective as possible, since my review is based on my own impressions and on the reviews of many people who were vacationing at the same time with me in this hotel. The first impression is quite pleasant, since a lot of money has been invested in the hotel: everything in the lobby is made of white marble, equipped with beautiful patterns on wood, and in general, in principle, everything is conducive to staying at this hotel. The man at the reception called us to see the room, which turned out to be very good (after we realized that it was a suite). We had to pay him personally $20 for this room, which we did because we liked the room. It is located in the left wing of the hotel, where mostly Germans, French, Dutch and so on settle. Russians, Chinese, and those who refused to give a bribe are sent to the right wing. And there the rooms, according to other vacationers, are terrible. The windows overlook the construction site, the roosters have been singing since three in the morning, the carpet is dirty, the air conditioner does not work, and so on. So we got lucky with the number. The hotel has an indoor pool, which is closed for the summer, so I can’t write about it in a review. There is also an outdoor pool with different levels of depth, quite warm and pleasant water, around the pool there are umbrellas and sun loungers, which are sorely lacking, which all the workers do not care about. The same situation on the beach. There are few umbrellas, sun loungers too. They are occupied at 6 am by vacationers. Some guests, coming to the beach at 9-10 in the morning, gave a couple of dinars to the beach workers, who, in turn, threw other people's towels off the sun loungers and gave them away for a bribe. Where then to look for your towel, for which you left a deposit of 15 dinars, is not clear. Fortunately, we did not get into such a situation. A huge minus is the purity of the water near the shore. In order to swim in the sea, you need to go through a bunch of plastic bags, packages, algae and other nasty things that have never been removed from the water during our entire stay. Yes, again, one of the minuses: the beach and the pool are closed at 6 pm, so those who like to swim not under the scorching sun may not come here. The food in the dining room is very varied. . Here everyone will find a good option for themselves, whether it be vegetable salads, fruits, sweets, meat dishes, seafood and much more. Special thanks to the chefs for this. For vacationers who come for a week or more, there is the opportunity to get twice free of charge in the "a la carte" restaurants of Lebanese, Italian cuisine or BBQ. I don’t recommend Lebanese cuisine, they work very slowly, you have to wait more than an hour for food ordered in advance, and then it will surprise you with a completely disgusting taste and the absence of any spices. BBQ pleased more, ordered fish and chicken. The chicken, although slightly underexposed on the fire, is basically edible. Dorado fish was cleaned poorly, which is why the taste was bitter. And even such nuances did not upset us after the Lebanese cuisine. The waiters in this restaurant did their job perfectly, everything was done in the best possible way and quickly. I want to pay special attention to drinks and alcohol. When you go all inclusive, you expect that you will not have problems with drinks, you will not have to run twenty times to get one cup of 160 ml in your hands. And this is exactly the situation here. For two days I was so tired of going back and forth to the bar for tonic, beer or lemonade that I contacted the reception and the public relations department in order to resolve this issue. The answer was original. It turns out that they believe that for 850 vacationers (at that time there were so many people in the hotel) 60 liters of drinks are enough for a day. And they don’t take more, because the manager scolds them for this, which is why they have to give only one drink per hand. It was not possible to achieve any solution to the issue. In the bar, which is open from 12 noon to 11 pm, the situation is similar. The beer is diluted, the cocktails are made from some kind of bourda. What the bartender personally stirs for you is generally impossible to drink. This is some kind of terrible moonshine along with bacardi, sivuha instead of rum or gin. After trying it twice, I decided not to risk it again. My wife and I drank mainly tonic (Schweppes poured from a bottle) with ice and lemon. Most of the staff are quite normal, but there are those who will primarily serve the Germans, French, Dutch. Chekhov, Russians, Ukrainians, etc. here try not to notice when they wave to the waiters. . . One guy, whose name he decided to write down for himself, so as not to forget, left a generally chic impression. His name is Samer Rbiai. Nervous, rude, tactless and slow. It will not be difficult for him to answer you in a boorish way to an absolutely calm request to bring wine, as it was with us and several other vacationers. I can’t say anything about the reliability of safes and the absence of theft, since I carried all the money with me absolutely all the time. Entertainment in the evenings is enough only for children, adults will be bored here. As a result, I would like to say that if you are not worried about the purity of the water near the coast, the quality of local alcohol and the abundance of drinks in the bar, then you might even like it here. Thank you all for your attention.
