The staff is very professional, mostly bothering tourists with intrusive conversations…. as I have seen before, while if you sit in the bar they offer drinks and snacks themselves, always with a smile on their face and an attentive attitude! I visited the hotel from May 7 to May 16.2017. therefore, of course, the hotel was still not working at full capacity, there were not very many tourists, which made it possible to avoid unnecessary fuss, tourists were added on weekends. I would like to note that it is possible to slightly improve the vegetation of the hotel area, if possible, and maintain more order on the beach, in the sense that on its right side there are removed straw umbrellas (from the previous season), new ones were installed with us... but it seemed to me a little chaotic and not very smooth. A great idea and a luxurious restaurant right on the beach, but the view from it to the sea is limited by a chain-link mesh and a wooden fence was partially visible... from past periods, apparently the mesh and the fence will probably be removed in the future. At the same time, both my mother and I noticed that the hotel's beach was the cleanest compared to others, guarded from all sides. The beach is long and wide, the entry into the sea is beautiful. The restaurants were delighted with excellent food, drinks and snacks, a very chic assortment. The restaurant staff made a very pleasant impression, but there is a tiny remark: often the main manager of the hotel apparently dined in the restaurant - an imposing pleasant man, sometimes in the company of lady managers and the following situation was repeated: tables where tourists ate (not all) stood on floor stands for bottles with ice, very respectable with a beautiful napkin, at the moment when the waiter came, as a rule it was the same aged man, maybe the main waiter picked up at the table with tourists such a stand and running put it to the table with the hotel management..... I guess I need to talk to the staff on this topic, since I was unpleasant that they were taking away the stand from my table and putting the Boss, with all respect and sympathy for him. It is unacceptable to do so. The same thing happened in the a la carte restaurant, my mother and I were at the birthday party of a Russian friend Anna, and the same Boss came into the restaurant in the company of another man, they sat down at the table next to us. There was a bottle holder near our table and it was immediately picked up by the same older waiter, who stretched out in front of the Boss, pouring drinks for him. We felt like second class people. Then he brought us another coaster, but the mood was no longer the same, why the waiter didn’t immediately bring him another coaster - it’s not clear, I suppose it shouldn’t be like that. I think it’s also unacceptable to take food from the client’s plate with your hands, even if he thought that I took the plate incorrectly... there were few people and there were enough soup tureens....This is an absolute trifle, I didn’t say anything to him, but after that I didn’t even want to say hello to him....Who has read this far. . . they find out that the hotel rooms are chic, brand new and beautiful, an excellent water supply system and a powerful sewage system....which does not even seem to imply congestion....I consider this very important, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, once the socket in the room failed - it is possible that it was my fault..... It was fixed immediately after the call. Animation - very, very pleasant, very symtic and friendly all the guys. The head of animation Mukhamed personally approached and asked what he liked and what he would like to improve - very nice, told him that we do exercises in the morning on the grass, play volleyball, attend evening programs, but I wanted to improve the musical assortment. I won the BINGO hookah lottery, I brought it home! There were minor shortcomings in the work of DJ Yasin, I would like to wish him improvements - the music was sometimes monotonous, there were few chic musical hits in the repertoire, and although very pleasant, sometimes there was a lot of Tunisian music, I think if tourists had done at least 40 for dancing minutes of a selection of European music hits, a sample is the Radio 7 music channel on 7 hills in Russia, or the music that plays in Russia on the music channel Europe +, then the delight would be endless for all tourists....since I think the musical accompaniment is of tremendous importance, I would like to note the professionalism of the shev-animator DINO - his dances, excellent knowledge of the Russian language! Cool jokes and exclamations of o-la-la during charging led everyone to indescribable delight..... I almost forgot about the pianist and violinist. Looking around, I saw a picture exactly like breakfast and lunch…. . only here for breakfast and lunch in this restaurant you can go to tourists in swimsuits, bikinis with transparent pareos... and in the evening, with a wave of a magic wand, everyone turned into princes and luxurious ladies running around with plates around the buffet, and the waiters at that time watched the elite public in expensive suits and dresses scouring in search of food, poured some wine on them...... Looking at such a "performance", the hotel management thinks to raise the prestige of their hotel?! ! Funny!!!! ! After sitting for a while and understanding the whole circus from what is happening, they bring me a questionnaire about what I think about the hotel. I gave good marks for everything except the organization of dinners...... after seeing this assessment, the restaurant manager or who he is, I don’t know (comrade with a malicious smile) everyone immediately began to run around us, not with the question: what will you drink, but with the question is when you can already pick up the questionnaire in order to liquidate it faster! ))))) (I had to hide it in my wife's purse) I was not too lazy and wrote a review too! ))) And threw it into a special box for questionnaires. Number: we took with a view of the garden, Garden View. The room is new, air conditioning, plasma, hair dryer, everything is clean and beautiful. True, I didn’t like the fact that buses with tourists arrived right under the windows and created noise, and also music played loudly in the neighboring hotel until 12 at night, but we only came to the room to spend the night and then about 12 already, so it didn’t bother us, it was all over . But if you want to be calm or if you are traveling with children, it is better to change the room to Sea View.
Service: very good. Everything was cleaned well, although they clean the room if you only hang a badge on the door handle asking you to clean it. We left each time 1 dinar (this is even less than a dollar). Soap, shampoo, shower gel were all on time. If the room was clean, we sometimes did not ask to be cleaned, but approached the cleaners themselves (they clean at lunch, walk along the corridors) and simply asked for gel and shampoo.
Food: mmmm very very tasty and varied. The cooks try to do everything well. Meat, fish, lasagna, seafood every day, mussels, huge king prawns)))) All sorts of side dishes, vegetables. Pizza. Always french fries. Delicious cream soups, eat pasta. There are vending machines with beer, water, juices, fanta, cola, sprite, different coffee, delicious cocoa. The most delicious is fruit. In Kyiv, of course, there are none. Watermelons, melons, peaches, apricots, seedless grapes, and many others are all very sweet))) A large selection of different sweets, cakes, ice cream. For breakfast, croutons, pancakes, pancakes, fresh juices. Snacks after dinner - pancakes are fried near the beach, which can be poured with sweet sauces and chocolate. They have very tasty and unusual dates.

The territory is very beautiful, fountains, palm trees. There are plenty of chairs and tables in the area. You can sit, the waiters serve, calm music plays.
We drove to the port. Very nice. Various yachts, cafes and shops. But the annoying Tunisians are pulling to the shops))) They took an excursion to Tunisia Carthage Sidi Bou Said. The capital of Tunisia is not very liked. Dirty, lots of people. I just liked the Bardo Museum. Lots of beautiful mosaics. Carthage is beautiful, columns and a ruined city. Sidi Bou Said is a romantic city in blue and white. There is an observation deck overlooking the sea and the beach.
They also took a parachute flight. 45 dinars for two for 5 minutes))) I liked it very much, you fly over water, hotels.
Everything was great, we didn't want to leave at all. The atmosphere is good, calm and relaxing.
The only thing that spoiled our mood was when we were not picked up from the hotel upon departure. The representative of Tui's agency mixed up the hotels. We were supposed to be picked up at 14.00, as he said the day before departure that the time had supposedly changed, although at first it was written at 14.40. We have been waiting in the lobby, two couples, 5 people with bags and suitcases since one in the afternoon. We waited until two, no one came, okay, maybe they mixed it up, waited until 14.40, as it was officially written on the board, but no one came. We asked at the reception and they told us that the bus might be late. They called the guide already, he learned from the very operator that they had confused the hotel. They were terribly outraged by the work of the representative of the agency who works in this area, he must be a professional and could not normally reach us. Although the hotel is in 2nd place in Sousse in terms of fame. In general, by joint efforts with the guide (it's good that they called him) we were taken at 15.30. Departure was at 17.10.
