Incorrect information about the hotel on the operator's website
When checking into the hotel (Sharm Inn Amarein), it quickly became clear that in a number of ways it did not match the description on the tour operator's website. The hotel guide refused to admit the obvious facts and stupidly repeated that black is white. The tour operator's hotline responded in the style of "wash your hands. 4 stars in Egypt is not the same as in Europe.
