German travel agency, so the service is not bad
In general, there are no complaints, everything is plain and respectful. The flight was postponed only the return well, not critical. Surprised by the girl guide (transfer to the hotel) Kemer, Kilikia resort Tekerova, too young, Khabal manners and illiterate horror ????, corrected all the people, but made everyone laugh to tears. The guys at the hotel are not particularly interested, but well done, always informed very sensibly and to the point.
