Decent travel agency
We flew to Turkey last year, did not leave a review, because there was nothing to compare with, and we took the good work of the travel agency for granted. But after Join up!.. I would like to say one thing: thank you, TUI, for your decency, attentiveness and goodwill, as it turns out, not everyone is the same))

Gotta be ready for anything
My parents went twice and everything was great. That is, once in a while it is not necessary. We bought a tour for July 2019 "Weekend in Hungary". We had all sorts of minor inconsistencies, which, however, did not affect the overall impression in any way. The tour program was fully implemented, optional (paid) excursions were not forced to go, the drivers helped with the suitcases and behaved very friendly, the hotels corresponded to the declared ones.
