The terrible organization of the tour ruined my whole trip to Italy, spoiled my rest and mood, because for a trip on such a long tour, the travel agency provided an old bus with drivers who, it felt like, got behind the wheel for the first time, with a damaged heating system, gearbox and poor-quality navigator because of which it took twice as much time to travel and people came to the tour at night when nothing was visible, besides, the guide was not prepared for the trip at all and did not know what, where and how it should be, and as a result of poor organization and disregard to people, in Rome, the entire bus was robbed, because the driver went for a walk, leaving the bus not in the parking lot, and the guide advised not to take anything with him, because, as it were, they would not be allowed into the Vatican, etc.
