A good tour operator that values its reputation
I chose a tour operator on the recommendation of a friend and on the ratio of "cost of trip-saturation" (bus tour). Everything was perfectly organized: interesting excursions, tireless transfers, enough free time. The problem with the frozen gearbox was promptly eliminated. In the office, when choosing a tour and preparing documents, the manager Natalya Zayats helped.

Good thing we only stayed one night
Of the advantages of the hotel - proximity to the metro and breakfast (varied, plentiful). The rooms have a very dirty carpet, flat uncomfortable pillows, it is better not to sit on the edge of the bed - otherwise you will get a swing-balancer.
