Accommodation in a terrible hotel,
Check-in at the hotel took place at 20.00 instead of 12.00, and that was on December 31st. The resettlement did not happen as we were promised in the company, in Kyiv. The hotel itself is an hour drive from the city center, only a taxi can get to it late. The excursion program itself is terrible, the only thing that was included in the tour was a sightseeing tour of Budapest.
