Blatant incompetence!
Had the misfortune to buy a tour from this company. They incorrectly indicated the departure time in the voucher, they sent a completely different departure time to the partners who organized the transfer. As a result, the group (7 people) was late for the flight and spent several days at the airport! Help and support from the tour company did not wait! The tourist spent his birthday not on the beautiful island of Bali, but on suitcases at the Kuala Lumpur airport.
