Do not contact Marina Kistruga
It could be not only a spoiled vacation, but also money thrown away! We wanted to go on a burning tour to rest in Greece. The hotel was in Crete, and the flight was five days later, on Friday, March 11th. My boyfriend and I immediately went to the agency, Marina sat us down and started telling us that everyone was hurt, bring money, fly away on Friday! We paid UAH 12,000, handed over the documents and went to arrange vacations at work.
