Very bad, join up failed again ((
We paid for a tour for 7 nights and as a result received 6 nights (the flight was delayed by a total of 13.5 hours). When we were flying back, we were also delayed, we were picked up from the hotel three hours later (without warning!!! The handset was dropped when trying to call the representatives of Joint Up, they did not give information at the reception and at the information stand that the flight was delayed and we would be picked up from the hotel at three hours later).

Bad tour operator, flight delays
We flew to Turkey on 03.06 to Dalaman - the flight was delayed for 5 hours, the airline was changed (it was Bravo, it became Sky Up). Back - the flight was delayed for 7 hours, since we were left at the hotel for longer, but at the promised departure time - there was no plane, we waited at the airport until the plane arrived for us for a very long time + 3 hours (in total, the flight was delayed for 7 hours), slept right at the airport, poor children, representatives of the airline company did not provide water and food to people, this is terrible.
