The hotel is ok, but there are some nuances.
We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, at 12 we were already settled. Liked the area. The rooms were cleaned well. The food is good, you won't leave hungry. The sea has lifeguards with a "working" first aid kit.

Disgusting! The organization is terrible, but no one has heard of punctuality !!! Forgetting to pick up tourists is easy, raising your voice and getting nasty is no problem, being late for an hour or two is the norm. On excursions, the guides are not competent, they can be rude. They also make very good money on tourists (they bring them to stores where prices are 3-4 times higher than anywhere else) Before departure, everything was fine, but as soon as we arrived in Egypt, we were disappointed! We will no longer travel from Join up!.
