News Travel gave me a great opportunity to get to know the island of Crete. I went on a promotional tour for the first time. The promotional tour began with two days off, which allowed us to explore the island on our own. Having rented a car, we went to the very heart of Crete, where we felt the flavor of Greek villages, tried a real “rustic” (Greek) salad in a local tavern and visited the cave of Zeus shrouded in myths.
