I bought a tour in mid-July, I chose the tour through the operator Solvex-Travel, made an advance payment. At the end of August, I paid for the tour in full, before that I asked the girl if everything was fine, if the tour was paid, the answer was positive. The flight was supposed to be on September 10, but on September 8 Solvex collapsed, I myself called the girl who sold me the tour (although they had to call me), she prepared the documents for me, but they didn’t have an agreement between Solaris and Solvex and she couldn’t give it to me to give.
