Disgusting company
Terrible company that ruined our holiday. We bought a tour, everything is fine, two weeks before the trip - "sorry, the tour is canceled." They bought tickets for this tour at their own expense - in a rude form, refusal to return compensation for the purchase of tickets, which is a gross violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation, refusal of any claims, refusal to accept written applications, refusal of everything.
