Rudeness, rudeness, unprofessionalism
I did not suspect that in our time you can run into such rudeness and unprofessionalism of a travel agency employee. With my question about the design of the trip, I apparently greatly distracted Mrs. Alena (she refused to give her last name, referring to the fact that she is so unique and unique here) from more important matters, and therefore did not deserve polite and attentive service.
