I would never, under any circumstances, recommend anyone to contact this shop, except as a shop and you can’t call it. From the tour operator only the name. I will describe the situation briefly. I applied on 08/13/2014 with a request to book the hotel "Samshit", asked for a discount. A very polite and loyal girl (I don’t know her last name) fulfilled the request with lightning speed and provided a 5% discount.
