The shuttle service was good, but the hotel...
Chose a ticket, not a travel agency. Liked: good transfer; excursion, did not regret it, although in Turkish agencies they offer cheaper, I honestly liked it. From the disliked: they delayed the issuance of documents for a ticket - we are already leaving, but they cannot deal with the travel agency. Not very truthful information about the hotel, it seemed that the hotel was not checked at all for the accuracy of the information.
