Spoiled Christmas
My husband and I went on a Christmas tour to Lviv. It's just a nightmare. Half of what was promised was not. Kazkova Polyana was closed, no one was going to drive to the zoo at all. turned off the phone, and people could not find the bus that took us to the hotel.
