Good day, dear Lord! I had a tour to Turkey Kemer hotel BADE HOTEL from 30.04.-06.05.14 I went from the tour operator Biblio-Globus. I have been traveling for 15 years now. I have never had a worse vacation. The plane was 2 hours late. At the customs, we were served by 2 customs officers instead of the required 8. 400 people from 4 flights at once stood in stuffiness for 2 hours.

Fraudsters! cheated and embezzled money for the cruise
On June 17, 2014, I signed an agreement N 1511 for the provision of a river cruise by Turflot LLC from June 23-26, 2014. with excursions along the route: Kalyazin-Uglich-Myshkin-Moscow. And paid in the amount of 43,200 rubles, plus additional excursions: Museum of Vodka and Mice - 850 rubles for three (no checks were provided, only cards, which is a violation of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
