A disgusting company. I will never fly through them again!
Anex Tour does not care about its tourists, does nothing to solve problematic situations, and hotel managers communicate with customers in a boorish way. I bought a tour to Turkey from them with a departure from Kyiv, although I myself live in Kharkov (I specifically chose Kyiv for the good time of departure and arrival). Already on the train I learned that the departure time was postponed (the time was postponed several times, as a result, it turned out 8 hours later than the planned time) and we had to urgently look for a hotel in Kyiv to spend the night.

The hotel is good. But Anex Tour did everything to ruin the holiday!!!
