Terrible travel agency just to sell
On January 30, 2017, my mother had the pleasure of purchasing a ticket to Kazan from 02/17/2017 at the Petrotour travel agency. to 19.02.2017 The employee who sold us the ticket, Nina Sergeeva, quit the next day and, probably, that’s why no one called us back and sent us an SMS, as promised by the resigned employee. When I myself called the travel agency three days before departure, the employee who answered the call, not exactly knowing the number of my contract, promised to call back the next day with explanations about the trip, but did not call back.
