Tour operator Accord-Tour is engaged in fraud
I have been using Accord Tour services since 2016. The first 2 trips did not cause any complaints. Everything was at a good level. This year I decided to save some money and in April I paid for the Pivnichny Express + Fjordi tour on 22.07.2018. Naturally, the operator took the money in advance, but the price was very good, 182 euros. 10 days before the scheduled departure, the operator notifies of the cancellation of the departure without even giving the reason.
