We booked a tour to San Remo through Ascent Travel and by July 18 they had to pay according to the booking sheet. On July 17, the message "your tour has been canceled" comes up, without explaining any reasons. When I called the firm Kutova Svetlana (the manager of this tour), she could not clearly explain anything and offer a replacement. Allegedly, their flights were canceled, although the site had places for these tours, only the price for them increased.
