Prompt and very positive
The manager of the firm is very positive. The hot tour, which was originally planned, was not confirmed by the hotel, but the girl from the company quickly corrected the situation and picked up another hot package for us at the same price, for which we are very grateful to her. This is the second time we have bought a tour from them.

The hotel is normal like a last minute trip. But the problem is that the cleaners constantly steal money from the rooms, but not all, but several bills. Unfortunately our two rooms were out of luck.
