Did not expect such an attitude
We decided to organize a tour to Bulgaria with Coral travel. Organized our trip at first glance "responsible" manager Karina. Before arriving at the hotel everything was perfect, but after arriving at the hotel it turned out that the "responsible" Karina did not book rooms for 5 people, and the hotel told us there are no free rooms and we will not be accommodated.
