Issued quickly, but there is one BUT!
Bought 2 tickets with the package "Ultra All Inclusive". As soon as we arrived, the guide on the spot said that there was NO Ultra All Inclusive package in this hotel. Question: WHAT DID WE PAY FOR THEN??? In fact, it turned out that way: no free additional services, no imported alcoholic beverages. EVERYTHING IS PAID! The cultural program offered by the tour operator in Tunisia also leaves much to be desired.
