It is difficult to imagine a worse tour operator
Such non-professional firms with non-professional staff should be removed from the service market. The tour to Prague was a real nightmare! It all started with a 3-hour delay with departure, because one of the workers forgot his tourist passport! In compensation for the spent nerves and an hour we were offered Becherovka (without asking if we drink alcohol) !!!!! In addition, they promised to leave Prague 3 hours later (also a hoax).
