Deception
We bought a bus tour "Introduction to Casanova". The girl took us to paid places. They promised a good bus, but in fact an old small bus. When buying, they promised to arrive +\- at 12 o'clock at night, they were late by more than 2 hours and miraculously managed to catch the train. Monstrous service!

Disgusting negligence!
This company was recommended to us. It was the worst decision to go on a bus tour. The manager said one thing, in the end it was completely different (the bus was old and terrible, the guide Yulia Susol does not know how to manage time and we miraculously managed to catch the train, only thanks to the fast work of customs officers!). We will never use this company again! We trusted you, hoped for professionalism, but in the end we received complete disappointment and spoiled impressions of the cities.
