Good hotel
The hotel is new, in high-tech style. There are beautiful photo zones. There is a cascade of pools. Good infrastructure for families with children. The staff is friendly.

Sucks tour operator
the tour operator is not satisfied with the work. They do not want or cannot work with carriers in a quality manner. Managers are rude. The transport of the company that works in Ukraine is just “killed” minibuses, which is not very pleasant in a pandemic. I do NOT recommend this tour operator.
