I turned to the agency with a request to find me a tour to Croatia in a hotel or a studio apartment with a kitchen for a week up to 20,000 UAH. The manager advised me one of the options for 14,000. In the evening I was pleased by saying that the reservation was confirmed. The next day they called back saying that the BOOKING IS CANCELED !, but they have another option.
