The hotel deserves its 4 stars. We were in Egypt 2 times, so we understood what we needed and chose from what we could choose. Upon check-in, I got a room with a magnificent view of the construction site.

Basically 2 previous people described the situation with the hotel. Yes, its level corresponds to four stars. Of the negatives: the wind, it is cold and constant, because of it you quickly "burn out".
