Good hotel. Clean air, close to the beach. The rooms are large, the buffet is plentiful and varied. The "minus" is that there is no entertainment program in the evening, everyone walks around the building.

Travel agency-no problems and a scam.
I sent my mother and her friend to Abkhazia. The tour turned out cheaper than the real tour operator "BG". Manager Evgenia works quickly, clearly and always in touch. Leisure and transfers without problems. Everything went well. It's a pity that at the end of September it rained in Gagra, but this fact was not announced during the tour. Well done! I'll be looking for something, I'll be the first to go to them !!!.
