everything is ok, BUT! - the choice of this particular hotel was influenced by a booklet with a children's slide, it was not in reality (( - the hotel guide (Havana tour) did not notify about the postponed departure time.

absolutely unprofessional
they forgot and did not transfer the data to the organizer of the tour in Kaliningrad, as a result, 3 people were left behind the bus and did not get on the tour planned and confirmed by the travel agency at all.
