Not worth it with them.
My daughter went on an excursion to St. Petersburg on June 30, 2012. It was +30 in Kyiv. How they managed to lose her luggage, which the driver personally put in the trunk in front of my eyes, is not clear, but it was no longer on the territory of Belarus. Instead of "sorry" and help, there was an op from the drivers and a frostbite from the leader of the group.
