Terrible tour operator!
A few days before the tour, she was admitted to the hospital. Reported to the trooper. They demanded a certificate and promised to solve the problem. They sold our tour, as evidenced by the lack of free rooms in the hotel and seats on the plane. But we are not going to return the money. Numerous appeals refer to supposedly 100 percent fines from the hotel and the airline.
