lack of professionalism
1. We flew to the sea, when checking in, it turned out that the tour operator did not confirm our application, there were no rooms available for today, we settled for one night in a terrible hotel. Also, our flight was rescheduled for the morning, which we didn’t learn from the guide, but learned in the morning when we knocked on the door at 6 am that we were leaving in 3 hours and there were 15 minutes to pack !!.
