I go on tours not for the first time, this time I decided to use the Accord-tour for the first time. Our tour was called "Pleasant Weekend in Prague" and included Krakow and Dresden (extra charge). I have never met a worse organization and a more unprofessional group leader! Vita Fedun made us nervous throughout the tour, she didn’t solve problems on the tour, but rather created them! The info sheet for our tour was provided to us just a day before departure, although we bought the tour 3 months in advance, this made us nervous, we spent the last week before leaving called the agency - but he was never ready! It all started from Lvov, where we had to look for and call our group leader, since there was no bus at the designated place.
